The database layer enforces isolation by organization. The application connects under a restricted account, and every access is scoped to the caller's organization. Even an injection attempt cannot read across tenants.

Payroll, national IDs, and bank accounts are stored encrypted end-to-end. System responses auto-mask by caller role — HR sees all; staff see only their own; managers see only their direct reports.

Agent Permission Inheritance

Agents aren't privileged accounts. They carry the caller's identity and role; every action follows the same access rules. Semantic search forces an organization filter — no cross-org retrieval.
